Shiplog Raises €807.6K Pre-Seed to Build AI Customer Intelligence Platform with Ada

Shiplog, a Paris-based startup, has raised more than €807.6K (around $930K) in a pre-Seed funding round.

SUMMARY

  • Shiplog raised €807.6K ($930K) in a pre-Seed round.
  • Backed by Kima Ventures, Project Europe, Purple, No Label Ventures, 100IN, and Station F Fund.
  • The funding will be used to improve the AI platform and expand its capabilities.

The company is building an AI-powered customer intelligence platform that helps businesses personalize customer interactions on a large scale.

Shiplog aims to become the intelligence layer behind every customer interaction on the internet, using AI to deliver smarter and more personalized experiences.

The funding round was backed by Kima Ventures, Project Europe, Purple, No Label Ventures, 100IN, and Station F Fund. The company will use the investment to continue developing its AI platform and expand its capabilities.

“We believe every piece of software that interacts with customers will eventually become adaptive, reasoning about each person in real time instead of relying on static rules. Every customer should experience a different version of the same product, marketing campaign and customer journey. That is the future we are building towards,” said Mehdi Gribaa, co-founder and CTO.

“Engineering industrialised and pricing individualised, but marketing got left in the middle. Every customer now behaves differently, yet most are still treated as part of a segment. The data to personalise every customer already exists. Ada is the infrastructure that acts on it,” said Khushi Mehta, co-founder and CEO of Shiplog.

Founded in 2026 by Khushi Mehta and Mehdi Gribaa, Shiplog has developed Ada, an AI agent that analyzes every customer individually. It decides the best next action for each customer and responds in real time throughout the entire customer journey.

The company believes that many existing customer tools, such as customer data platforms (CDPs), customer success software, personalization platforms, and marketing automation tools, were designed for a business environment that has now changed.

Shiplog says businesses need a smarter AI-powered approach to better understand customers and deliver more personalized experiences in today's fast-changing digital world.
