  • ServiceNow and TeamViewer have announced a multi-year strategic technology partnership.
  • TeamViewer’s solutions will be available as an add-on for ServiceNow customers worldwide.
  • TeamViewer serves 600,000+ customers, while ServiceNow powers more than 100 billion workflows every year.

Many businesses can identify IT problems but still depend on separate tools and manual work to fix them. This often leads to slower issue resolution, lower productivity and frustration for employees.

"By bringing together ServiceNow's AI control tower for business reinvention and TeamViewer's endpoint capabilities, we're closing the loop from insight at the edge to outcomes at scale. Together, we are unlocking autonomous operations, accelerating productivity and delivering a new era of agentic business."
