RSK Group Limited, a global leader in the delivery of sustainable solutions, sign an agreement to secures £500 million in Funding preferred equity investment from a consortium led by Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. (“Searchlight”), and Ares Management Corporation funds (“Ares”).

RSK Group Limited, a global leader in the delivery of sustainable solutions, sign an agreement to secures £500 million in Funding preferred equity investment from a consortium led by Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. (“Searchlight”), and Ares Management Corporation funds (“Ares”).

To further assist RSK Group growth aspirations, Ares has also committed an additional £300 million lending facility, bringing the total amount of debt facilities that Ares has made available to £1.4 billion.

RSK Group was established in 1989 by its CEO, Alan Ryder. With 15,000 workers, the company offers comprehensive, customised environmental consulting and engineering services to a wide range of clients in the water, energy, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
