The funding round was led by XAnge, with existing investors Point Nine, Creandum, and b2venture also participating. Several angel investors joined the round as well.
Procuros is building technology that makes it easier for businesses to share data across supply chains. Many companies still depend on traditional electronic data interchange (EDI), separate software integrations, and manual work to exchange documents such as orders, shipping notices, and invoices. Procuros aims to make this process simpler and more connected.
Patrick Thelen, CEO and co-founder of Procuros, said, "While AI is developing rapidly, supply chains continue to rely on decades-old infrastructure, leaving operations teams to bridge gaps between systems that are unable to communicate effectively. We built Procuros to change that. Our infrastructure gives retailers, suppliers and AI agents the connectivity and trusted data they need to automate trade and make autonomous supply chains possible. Because ultimately, AI agents are only as good as the infrastructure they run on."

She added that the firm sees an opportunity for Procuros to expand beyond its home market and establish a new category in global B2B trade."

Procuros will use the new funding to grow its sales and marketing efforts, improve its AI-powered supply chain technology, and expand into more international markets.
The company also plans to bring more businesses onto its network and allow AI agents to handle more supply chain tasks across different companies and markets.
