SUMMARY

  • Felix, a Prague-based AI workflow platform provider, has raised $1.7 million in Pre-Seed funding.

The round was led by XYZ Venture Capital, with participation from angel investors who are current and former leaders at companies such as Amazon, Apple, Palantir, Flexport, Yelp, and Midjourney.

The funding will help Felix enhance its product capabilities and support its next phase of rapid growth.

Led by CEO Tomas Scavnicky and CTO Mato Vetrak, Felix is an AI workflow platform designed for professionals in legal, finance, and insurance.

It helps teams convert complex, document-heavy processes into automated workflows that run continuously and generate auditable outputs.

The platform is used across compliance, lending, litigation, and investment management to handle high-volume operations efficiently and at scale.

Felix is a hyperautomation platform for professional services. It helps modernise highly regulated industries that still rely on emails, PDFs, and manual processes.

While AI has improved individual productivity, Felix transforms how entire organisations operate by automating complex workflows and turning institutional knowledge into scalable, efficient business systems.

"Most AI tools help you do the same work faster," Mato Vetrak, co-founder and CTO of Felix, said. "We're building the kind of safe, scalable and auditable infrastructure that high-stakes professional services can trust to codify who has the authority to, and how to make judgements about, different use-cases, such as processing mortgage applications.”
