The focal point of all site-related activities is a live group chat. Users can then employ specialised modules, unlike a conventional message system, to better manage their projects, such as geotagging pictures, folders for papers and plans, message classification, security audits, and intervention reports. According to the same principle as the Chinese "super messaging app" WeChat, everything is done inside the mobile application.

Kraaft, which targets ten thousand clients by the end of the year, has drawn more than 300 European construction enterprises in less than three years as a result of its simplicity.

Both small businesses and big ones like Bouygues, Veolia, and Fayat are among its clients. The startup was selected by Leonard, the platform for foresight and innovation at VINCI, last year.

Julien Villalongue, Director of Leonard said, “We were looking for a solution that would be easy for our field staff to use and that could equip all our operations at VINCI. Kraaft’s excellent adaptation to our sites has given the solution excellent feedback, even from people who are less familiar with digital technology,”.

Marc Nègre, co-founder and CPO of Kraaft said, “80% of the world’s population doesn’t work behind a computer, and messaging is eating the world! WhatsApp is brilliant because it’s so simple to use for people in the field. But it’s not enough: if you want to run your business effectively, you need to turn conversations into workflows. This is what Kraaft does, and we believe it can be applied to many industries, be it in construction, manufacturing, retail or agriculture,”.

Kraaft co-founder and CEO Thomas Reygagne said, “This will allow us to invest in product development and consolidate our position on the French market,”.

About Kraaft

In 2020, Kraaft was founded by Thomas Reygagne (CEO), Cédric Boidin (CTO), and Marc Nègre (CPO). Even for staff members who are unfamiliar with technological solutions, the "super messaging app" is easy to use.
