Founded in 2025 by former airline pilot Leo Kotil and entrepreneur Nikita Kaeshko the company builds an AI-powered system that helps aviation teams manage flight preparation and real-time operations.

The platform brings together fragmented aviation data and documentation into one place allowing users to quickly find information using simple natural language searches. It relies only on verified official sources to ensure accuracy, safety and compliance.

Already used in live airline operations, Overwatch AI supports more than 30,000 flights per month and helps teams reduce time spent searching for critical information while improving decision-making.
