By automating and supporting SMBs and the public sector, it drives digitalization and AI adoption, boosting efficiency across economies and societies.

The spokesperson says Alavie "will continue to operate as an independent company, maintaining its brand, management, organisation and high quality services to its customers, while also powered by the shared resources and expertise of the Visma ecosystem".
Founded by Vito Ziccardi, Alavie offers its flagship platform, Laegis AML, which automates up to 95% of manual compliance tasks, monitors client updates and sends proactive alerts, helping professionals stay compliant without extensive AML expertise. The company also provides GDPR privacy tools and plans to launch Laegis Notary for notary offices in 2025.
