Marosa, a software company that helps businesses with invoicing and tax compliance, has raised €12 million in funding from Aquiline, a private equity firm. This is the first round of funding for Marosa and will help the company grow, expand its services, and support its global growth.

It currently serves over 1,200 business customers across Europe. New rules, like mandatory e-invoicing and real-time reporting, are increasing the need for digital tools to manage VAT compliance.
