Reshma Sohoni, General Partner at Seedcamp, said, “Seedcamp has a long tradition of backing founders who change how we work, from UiPath and Synthesia to Marble today. Most companies want to automate more, but the hard part has always been mapping out how the work gets done. Marble fills that gap, giving companies vital context for AI transformations that could define their future. We’re proud to back them from the start.”

Marble Cognition was founded in late 2025 by Felix Rösner and Christophe Schmit. The two founders met while studying at Munich’s CDTM programme. The company develops AI agents called Marble Coworkers that help businesses handle repetitive office tasks.
The company’s technology learns how employees complete their daily work and how different business processes operate. It turns this information into clear systems that AI can understand and use.
Marble believes that as AI tools become easier to build, the real challenge is knowing which business tasks should be automated. However, many companies have processes that are not properly documented, making it difficult to identify where automation can help.
To solve this problem, Marble studies how teams work and creates a digital map of their processes. It then uses this information to build AI agents that can manage tasks from start to finish using the software businesses already have. Employees can still oversee the work and make decisions when human judgement is needed.
