Eindhoven-based Luna.ai raises $2.5M in a pre-seed funding. CapitalT, an Amsterdam-based seed-stage venture capital fund that funds tech startups, led the oversubscribed investment.

A former Salesforce EVP, the former CMO of Zoom, the angel fund of Notion Capital, and AI investor Curiosity are among the other participants in this round.

Steven Nelemans, CEO of Luna.ai says, “What sets this round apart is the vast experience these investors bring. Our investors have learned the ropes, led large sales teams and used competitive products. The conviction they bring to this round gives us even more confidence in our vision.”

With the funds, Luna.ai aims to grow its workforce, create enterprise-level products, and employ artificial intelligence to alter the conventional sales funnel.

The recently released Command Centre, allowing sales directors to “easily” manage and scale their team of human and AI salespeople, was seen as a crucial step by the startup.
