The funding round was led by Entourage, a Belgian B2B SaaS investment firm, with additional investments from Verve Ventures, Vento Ventures, Banyan Ventures, X-Equity (advised by FNDX), and angel investors like Joe Zadeh, former VP of Product at Airbnb. This follows a €500k pre-seed investment in less than a year.

The company aims to lead the digital change in the legal industry by partnering with law firms like Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici for corporate law, Ichino Brugnatelli & Associati for labor law, and WST Law & Tax Firm for tax law.

Since launching, Lexroom.ai has grown to about 1,500 users, including both individual lawyers and law firms, most of whom use the platform daily. It is quickly approaching €1 million in annual revenue with a team of 15 employees.
With the new funding, Lexroom.ai plans to expand its product to more law firms, including solo practitioners, and become a major player in legal AI technology in Southern Europe. The company also plans to grow to 35 employees by the end of the year, with over 50% focused on product development.
