SUMMARY
- FixForm, the collaborative platform for building management and maintenance, has raised €1.5 million from a select group of Belgian investors.
- FixForm, they aim to keep spaces and buildings in good, safe and clean condition. Their platform allows everybody to report problems with just the snap of a picture.
It puts human collaboration at its core. Building occupants act as “sensors” by reporting issues directly. Through a location-based QR code or a user-friendly website, anyone can report a problem in less than 10 seconds—without needing to download an app or log in. The system, enhanced with AI, forwards the report to the appropriate person in charge. This eliminates the need for manual ticket creationon. significantly reducing the chance of errors.
Thomas Vanhumbeeck, CEO of FixForm, explains: “Nearly half of all building issues never reach the building managers. People often don’t know who to contact, or the report gets lost. This leads to frustration on both sides. FixForm bridges this gap by improving collaboration between facility managers and end users. With FixForm, building managers gain a clear, prioritized view of defects, enabling them to manage and maintain their
facilities more efficiently.”
