California based Kiteworks Agreement to Merge with Germany-based ownCloud

Kiteworks, situated in California, has agreed to merge with ownCloud. pioneer of legal and safe file sharing and collaboration, headquartered in Germany.
The entire amount of the deal was not disclosed. OwnCloud, led by CEO and Managing Director Tobias Gerlinger, creates and provides open-source software for content sharing. Teams can use this software to exchange files and provide comments on them from any device, anywhere.
