Founded in 2021 by CEO Paul Prendergast and CTO Peter Bermingham, Kayna provides embedded insurance infrastructure for vertical SaaS (VSaaS) platforms, allowing business software to offer insurance products to small businesses such as franchise networks, restaurants, construction and field services.
The platform includes AI-powered policy analysis tools, connects VSaaS platforms to multiple insurers and brokers, and enables businesses to access customized quotes and coverage directly within operational software.
