SUMMARY

  • Ghent-based Ringtime, an AI agent platform for managing inbound and outbound conversations, has raised €1.8 million in a seed round led by Volta Ventures, with participation from Syndicate One, JK Invest, New School VC, and Allusion.

Ringtime aims to tackle labor shortages in sectors like retail, logistics, and hospitality, where many positions remain unfilled. Traditional recruitment for blue collar roles often involves repetitive outreach and manual screening while existing tools fail to match candidates’ communication preferences languages and availability.

The platform automates recruitment end-to-end, using AI to identify the best way to reach candidates by channel, timing, and language and then manages conversations, screening, and job matching through a single orchestration layer.

Founded in 2025, Ringtime is already generating revenue and works with clients including Trixxo Jobs, Synergie Jobs, and House of HR.

Beyond recruitment, the platform is also used in sectors like real estate and technical installations, where managing large volumes of communication is essential.

Ringtime is a voice-native AI platform that transforms calls and messages into meaningful conversations. Serving recruitment, real estate and installation services, Ringtime’s AI agents screen candidates and clients through real interactions, helping businesses increase conversion rates by up to seven times and streamline communication at scale.

The new funding will help expand the team, scale marketing, and strengthen Ringtime’s position in recruitment, with plans to grow into additional European markets.

Ringtime is evolving into a complete, intelligent solution for connecting technical candidates to the right job across sectors, languages and geographies. We’re building the infrastructure that brings supply and demand together faster than the market can do on its own, said Diederik Syoen, co-founder of Ringtime.
