The Top 10 European Startups Funding Roundup of This Week
Flower
Grid startup Flower secures €25 million in series A round funding. Northzone partner PJ Pärson, who is also joining the board of directors, led the round with 82an Invest and Zebkei Invest. Previously, the Swedish startup raised around €40 million in debt a few months back.
Sling
Sling Money, an app designed to make the global transfer of money instant, easy and low-cost, announced a $15 million Series A round led by Union Square Ventures, Ribbit Capital, and Slow Ventures.
Hexarad
Radiology tech company Hexarad raises €13 million in funding. MTIP led the round alongside reinvestment from existing shareholders, including the Foresight Group.

Gaussion, a spin-out from University College London (UCL), raises $12 million in series A round funding. Previously, the ultrafast and safe battery charging startup raised £2.85 million in seed funding last year.
FRVR
FRVR, a leading game platform company, secures €11.6 million in funding. This round was led by Iberis Capital, with the participation of Indico Capital Partners, Lince Capital, and returning investors such as Hiro Capital.
Eschatology Entertainment
Nicosia-based Eschatology Entertainment, a game development studio known for its team of industry veterans, raises €10.2 million in funding led by KRAFTON, with GEM Capital and The Games Fund joining the round.
Promethean Particles
Promethean Particles announces the closing of a £8 million financing round. Promethean Particles investment was led by Mercia Ventures and Aramco Ventures, with participation from existing investors including the Midlands Engine Investment Fund I (managed by Foresight), the University of Nottingham, TSP Ventures, and the East Midlands Early Growth Fund (managed by the British Business Bank).
Kognic
Kognic has raised €8.8 million in funding. It is an annotation platform that assists multinational corporations in producing and verifying sensor-fusion data for safe and effective AI. Existing investors Metaplanet, Neudi Kapital, and Stena Sessan contributed to the round.
Roger
Roger, a health tech startup, that it has raises €7million in a seed funding led by GV (Google Ventures) and Partech. The creators of Orderbird, Payone, and the US platform Klara were among the angel investors who also took part. Germany's dentists produced €30 billion last year with manual procedures and antiquated software from the 1980s.

Software sales platform trumpet has secures $6.35 million in seed funding. B2B sales have become harder than ever with companies continuing to tighten their belts and buying fewer tools, making it an increasingly difficult market to sell into.
