The financing round is backed by New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Elaia Partners, returning investors, and new participation from Speedinvest, a pan-European investment fund.

“B2B continues to transform with AI. Professionals expect turnkey and scalable solutions to address the increasingly complex challenges of the sector,” says Arnaud Rihiant, Founder & CEO at DJUST.

The company recently launched DJUST Pay, a B2B-focused payment solution integrated into its e-commerce platform. This feature helps customers streamline operations, personalize experiences, and optimize cash flow. Combined with the AI Agent suite, DJUST claims to address all customer needs, regardless of company size or industry.

Since its €12M funding in 2023, DJUST has seen substantial growth. With HQ and R&D in France, the company plans to expand in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and enter new European markets including Spain, Italy, Germany, and the UK.

“With the DJUST teams, we are banking on innovation to support the sector, and the deployment of a suite of AI agents, or even an integrated payment solution, seems to us to be the new essential building blocks for increasing productivity and cash flow, regardless of the size or sector of activity of a company,” adds Rihiant.

Founded by Arnaud Rihiant, Alexis Delplanque, and Eric Gaudin, DJUST is a modular B2B commerce platform designed to help businesses sell more effectively and boost organizational productivity.

The platform enables distributors, retailers, and manufacturers to eliminate system silos, digitize manual processes, and uncover new growth opportunities. Serving as a flexible ordering system, it supports scalability and innovation for businesses of all sizes.
