It also supports candidates with compensation benchmarking, job research, and interview preparation.

On the employer side, the platform gathers detailed insights into roles, hiring teams, and expectations, enabling stronger matches and direct introductions when a fit is identified.

Founder and CEO Paddy Lambros noted that traditional recruitment systems continue to underperform despite advances in AI.

We’re currently seeing an AI ‘arms race’ to the bottom, with companies being flooded by AI-generated applications, while individuals are often subjected to inhumane and unethical screening. Dex offers an alternative.

Dex plans to use its new funding to enhance product development and scale its go-to-market strategy. Currently based in London the company is preparing to expand into the US with a focus on major tech hubs such as New York and San Francisco.

Its broader mission is to improve how people find meaningful work by better aligning job opportunities with individual skills, ambitions and values.
