All3 Raises $25M Seed Funding To Scale AI And Robotics In Construction

The company is developing an integrated construction system that combines autonomous robotics, AI-driven design software and robotic manufacturing.

Its platform includes a legged robot for on-site assembly, as well as tools for producing custom components, aiming to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and lower the environmental impact of construction projects.

Construction remains one of the world’s largest industries yet productivity has stagnated for decades and it still relies heavily on manual labour. While traditional prefabrication methods often struggle in complex urban environments, All3’s approach seeks to enable scalable automation without limiting architectural or design flexibility.

All3 has already seen early traction, with its design software processing over 100,000 square metres of residential projects and building a growing pipeline in Germany.

The new funding will support further research and development in London and Belgrade, as well as the deployment of an initial fleet of robots on commercial construction sites in Germany, its first launch market.

The company operates across Europe, with offices in Berlin and Zug, and focuses on using robotics and AI to modernise construction processes at scale.

Rodion Shishkov, CEO and co-founder of All3, said the company was founded to develop robotics and AI solutions to address fundamental challenges in construction, adding that the seed round confirms its ability to tackle problems long considered unsolvable.
