CyberKord raises €2.7Mn to automate IT and cybersecurity with artificial intelligence

Italian startup CyberKord has raised €2.7 million in a Pre-Seed funding round. The company is developing an AI-powered platform that helps businesses manage and resolve IT and cybersecurity problems.

SUMMARY

  • CyberKord was founded in Milan in 2026 by Alessandro Maggio, Dragos Tanasa and Cosimo Michelagnoli.
  • The startup develops an AI-powered platform that helps companies detect and automatically resolve IT and cybersecurity issues.
  • Its platform uses AI to identify problems, test solutions and fix issues through existing business tools, including Teams and Slack.

Its platform uses a Digital Twin of a company's IT infrastructure to identify security issues and help resolve them. The funding round was led by 360 Capital, with participation from Plus Partners, Addendum Capital and Vento.

“Companies add infrastructure, software and AI agents every week, and operational work grows faster than any team. As a result, the time of expert professionals ends up in patches, access requests and incidents, one ticket at a time. We built an artificial intelligence that does that work on its own, from start to finish, and shows every step. The team chooses how far to let it act and takes back time for architecture, projects and the decisions it was hired for. We thank 360 Capital, Plus Partners, Addendum and Vento for believing in us and for their support in the next phase of growth,” says Alessandro Maggio, Co-founder and CEO of CyberKord.

“Companies already have advanced tools to detect cyber threats, but turning that information into concrete action remains a complex, slow and often manual process. This is exactly where we see the potential of CyberKord: not another security tool, but a platform that integrates existing tools, reconstructs the relationships between systems and identities and makes interventions faster and more targeted. We decided to invest in a team with very strong technical skills and an ambitious vision, because we believe this approach can represent a significant evolution in how large companies manage their cybersecurity,” says Francesco Zambelli, Investor at 360 Capital.

Founded in Milan in 2026 by Alessandro Maggio, Dragos Tanasa and Cosimo Michelagnoli, CyberKord aims to reduce the time businesses take to fix IT and cybersecurity problems. While security tools can detect threats within minutes, resolving them can take several days because many tasks still require manual work.

The problem is becoming more serious as companies add new systems and AI agents to their operations. At the same time, cyberattacks are increasing. According to the CrowdStrike 2026 Global Threat Report, the average time between hackers gaining initial access and moving to other parts of a network fell to just 29 minutes in 2025. In Italy, the Clusit Report 2026 recorded 507 serious cyberattacks in 2025, a 42% increase from the previous year.

CyberKord's AI platform helps businesses handle these issues automatically. It can receive information from security alerts, support tickets or messages on platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Slack. It then identifies the problem, tests a possible solution and applies the fix using the company's existing tools.

Businesses can decide how much control the AI has over these actions. Every action is also recorded and can be checked later. Unlike many existing tools that only tell security teams what needs to be fixed, CyberKord aims to identify problems and fix them automatically.
