Madrid-based Crescenta secures €2 million in pre-seed funding. With this increase, the deal’s total value exceeds €3.5 million, making it the biggest pre-seed funding round in the financial industry in Spain.
KFund and FJ Labs are joined by All Iron Ventures, Ander Michelena’s firm (Ticketbis’s founder), which has invested in fintech companies such as Indexa Capital and Fintonic. said “We are entering Crescenta with the conviction that it is a company that has arrived to change the landscape in private equity investment, joining what is already a megatrend in the fintech world. A first-class team and a project with a strong innovative and technological character are the ingredients that we believe will make them go from pioneers to leaders,”.
The money from this round will be utilised to broaden the team and fortify the brand as the product is set to launch. Senior profiles from the fields of investment, marketing, and investor relations have been appointed by Crescenta on multiple occasions.

Ramiro Iglesias, CEO of Crescenta, commented: “Having these profiles in the key strategic areas is essential to grow robustly and at the pace we expect in 2024. In the first quarter of next year alone, we expect to double our team with new recruits in strategic areas such as Operations, Marketing and Investor Relations“.
Crescenta is an Investment Service Management Company (SGIIC in Spanish) that was founded in 2022 and is under the jurisdiction of the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
The company, which was started by Eduardo Navarro and Ramiro Iglesias, provides professional and individual investors with digital access to the top infrastructure, impact, private debt, and private equity funds both domestically and internationally.
