SUMMARY
- Bibby Financial Services (BFS) has extended a £12m confidential invoice discounting facility to Diverse Recruitment Group, supporting the care sector recruiter’s rapid growth and helping accelerate its expansion plans.
The London-based Diverse Recruitment Group, supplying temporary staff to health, social care, and local government, has an annual turnover of £100m and operates through brands including Diverse Recruitment, Imperium Resourcing, MCM Medical, Amare Health, and Social Work First.
The £12m facility, arranged by Matthew Stacey at Antares Finance and led by BFS’s Christian Nolan, follows a previous funding round supporting an acquisition earlier in 2025. Delivered across five entities, the facility boosts working capital, increases individual customer funding limits, improves cash flow and provides capital for both organic growth and further acquisitions.
