Astute Raises €1.03 Million Pre-Seed to Transform B2B Creator Advertising With AI

Astute has raised $1.2 million (€1.03 million) in an oversubscribed pre-seed funding round. The company has also launched as a new B2B media company.

SUMMARY

  • Astute has raised $1.2 million (€1.03 million) in an oversubscribed pre-seed funding round.
  • The company was founded in 2025 by Vida Stanic and Abhishek Manikandan.
  • Investors include Flyer One Ventures, Silicon Gardens, Marathon Fund, and Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator.

Astute says it is building the first B2B new media company designed for a media industry that now has more than 20 million independent channels.

The funding round included investments from Flyer One Ventures, Silicon Gardens, Marathon Fund, Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator, and several strategic angel investors.

“For years, B2B marketing relied on ads, PR, and SEO. But audiences have moved to new media channels, newsletters, podcasts, LinkedIn, and X. In the direct-to-consumer space, that shift made influencer marketing one of the biggest budget items. B2B is next. What makes it hard for companies today is access. When I was head of growth, I’d spend evenings scrolling Substack for an email address that was never listed, pitching a hundred creators to maybe get one yes five weeks later. Astute handles all of that in minutes,” said Stanić, founder and chief executive of Astute.

“Vida has been the marketer who needed this and could not buy it. Abhishek has been the creator on the other end of the table. But beyond the founder market fit, as a team they have a winning combination of ambition, resilience and talent that we love backing at F1V,” said Vital Laptenok, general partner at Flyer One Ventures.

Co-founded in 2025 by Vida Stanic and Abhishek Manikandan, Astute offers an AI-powered platform that helps businesses work with independent creators for B2B marketing and sponsorships. It is designed to make creator partnerships easier and more efficient.

The platform uses AI agents to find and analyse creator content, manage partnership activities, and track campaign results in real time. It works across newsletters, podcasts, and business-focused social media, helping brands reach the right audiences at scale.

Astute will use the new funding to launch its software platform and improve its engineering infrastructure. This will help the company build and operate its technology more effectively.

The company will also develop automated tools to find advertising opportunities. These tools will help large B2B brands place ads across niche independent media networks and reach their target audiences at scale.
