Airties Acquires Aprecomm to Expand AI-Powered ISP Connectivity Solutions

Airties, a global company that provides AI-powered software to improve internet connectivity for internet service providers (ISPs), has signed an agreement to acquire Aprecomm, a company that develops self-healing network and customer experience solutions.
The acquisition will help Airties expand into high-growth markets, strengthen its product portfolio, enhance its AI capabilities, and better support broadband providers around the world. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
