WTW, a global advisory, broking, and solutions company, has appointed Spike Lipkin as Chief AI Officer and Gordon Wintrob as Head of AI Acceleration effective immediately.

- WTW, a global advisory, broking, and solutions company, has appointed Spike Lipkin as Chief AI Officer and Gordon Wintrob as Head of AI Acceleration, effective immediately.
The appointments build on WTW’s acquisition of Newfront in January 2026 and its ongoing AI initiatives. The new leadership team will scale Newfront’s AI-native capabilities across WTW working closely with its technology teams and business units to drive faster and more consistent AI adoption globally, aligned with the company’s strategy.
As Chief AI Officer at WTW, Spike Lipkin co-founder and former CEO of Newfront will help shape how AI supports the company’s long-term strategy, competitive positioning, and value creation.
Drawing on his experience building an AI-powered broking platform and leading Newfront’s integration into WTW, he will guide the adoption of AI across the firm’s strategy, operations, and culture, reporting directly to Hess.

As Head of AI Acceleration, Gordon Wintrob co-founder and former CTO of Newfront will focus on scaling AI adoption across the organisation. With deep experience in building and operationalising AI-driven technology, he will work to ensure teams can effectively use and trust AI tools in their daily workflows. He will also report to Hess.
