SUMMARY

  • Wenite, a Ghent based HR tech startup, has raised €1.8 million to accelerate its expansion across Europe and strengthen its role as an infrastructure provider for HR service firms.

The round includes €1.2 million in equity financing from Imec.iStart, along with participation from private investors in the HR sector.

HR service providers, including consultants and organisational advisors, play a key role in shaping workforce strategies across Europe, with around 60% of organisations relying on them today.

However, many still depend on fragmented tools such as spreadsheets, documents, and survey forms to manage employee data, wellbeing, and development programmes.

This fragmented approach limits visibility, efficiency and scalability making it difficult to measure impact or deliver consistent services. Wenite aims to address these challenges by providing a more unified infrastructure layer for HR service firms.

Founded in 2021 by Jasper Dezwaef, Emiel Cracco, and Robin Vannieuwenhuijse, Wenite was created to solve fragmentation in HR service delivery.

The platform provides HR consultants with a unified infrastructure to manage client relationships and employee data.

It brings together data collection, CRM, workflow management, and AI-driven analysis in one system, helping consultants centralise insights and measure outcomes more effectively.

Client-facing dashboards also give organisations real-time visibility into progress, improving transparency and enabling more data-driven decisions across HR programmes.

Wenite’s approach is designed specifically for HR service providers, helping them automate key processes such as surveys, reporting and employee follow-ups.

By consolidating all data into a single, continuously updated client record, the platform improves operational efficiency while supporting stronger, longer-term client relationships.

The new investment marks an important milestone in Wenite’s ambition to build a scalable, data-driven foundation for HR services across Europe. The company plans to accelerate its commercial expansion, grow its team, and target a wider market of around 20,000 HR service providers.

We want to become the backbone for European HR service providers looking to scale their business and make it data-driven, says CEO Jasper Dezwaef.
