The round was led by Blume Equity and Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s 1GT climate private equity strategy, supporting the company’s expansion particularly into the US building on strong adoption across the UK and Europe.
Vyn® serves major enterprises in utilities, telecommunications, and retail, including SUEZ, EDP, Engie, Total Energies, Currys, Openreach, Cadent Gas, UK Power Networks, Northumbrian Water, and Severn Trent.
