The firm states that its goal is to liberate sales teams from tiresome administrative duties so that they may achieve full independence and peak performance each and every day. VoiceLine wants to be the best option for data analysis and documentation in the speech and AI fields.

By doing this, the startup hopes to not only drastically cut down on the amount of time it takes to follow up with customers after their appointments, but also guarantee thorough documentation that gives businesses insightful data. The solution cuts down on follow-up time—which can often take up to 80 percent—by drastically reducing the amount of time it takes.

Nicolas Höflinger, Managing Director and co-founder of Voiceline, explained to the German media: “Our discussions with more than 1,000 field sales employees and their managers have revealed two critical problems: excessive time spent on manual documentation and administrative tasks and incomplete data capture. These problems are not being addressed by the large companies in the industry such as Salesforce, Microsoft or Hubspot. We want to solve this.”
