SUMMARY

  • Warsaw and Munich-based AI startup Viktor has raised €64.7 million ($75 million) in Series A funding to scale its AI coworker platform that operates inside Slack and Microsoft Teams.

The round was led by Accel, with participation from Bek Ventures, Kaya VC, Inovo VC, and Tenacity Capital, along with a group of high-profile angel investors including founders and executives from Slack, Vercel, Synthesia, Framer, Deel, DeepMind, Figma, and others.

Founded in 2023 by former Meta engineers Fryderyk Wiatrowski and Peter Albert Viktor is designed as an autonomous AI “colleague” that lives in workplace messaging tools and integrates with existing business systems. It helps teams create reports, dashboards, apps, campaigns, code and automations across their workflows.

The platform operates by understanding how a company works, identifying repetitive tasks and proactively suggesting or executing improvements. Users can interact with Viktor like a teammate to analyze data, build tools, generate presentations, and deploy software without switching between systems.

Since its public launch in February 2026, Viktor has reached a €12.9 million ($15 million) revenue run rate within 10 weeks and is used by more than 2,000 organizations globally.

It integrates with over 30 business applications, enabling end-to-end workflow automation across departments such as marketing, finance, operations, and engineering.

With the new funding, Viktor plans to expand internationally, enhance product capabilities, and open a new office in New York.

Fryderyk Wiatrowski, CEO and co-founder of Viktor, said, “The next phase of AI is agents that join your company, understand how work gets done, and take responsibility for outcomes. Viktor is designed to be an AI employee – one that can run projects, complete recurring tasks, build tools and help a company move faster. We’re seeing teams treat Viktor like a hire, and that is the shift we want to bring to every company.”
