UK-based fashion brand Urbanic secures $150M in series C round funding. The Mirabaud Lifestyle Impact & Innovation Fund, D1 Capital Partners, a public-private hybrid investment firm based in New York, JAM Fund, and more investors participated in the round.

The funds will be utilised by the company to expand its reach to a wider global consumer base and accelerate the growth of its technology-driven and socially aware fashion designs. Urbanic, a fashion business headed by James Wellwood, aims to introduce innovative technologies to customers throughout the world.
It uses an exclusive Large Language Model (LLM) trained on multiple code bases to support its AI and machine learning-driven engine. This model is capable of producing fashion, creativity, and content powered by AIGC in a methodical manner while improving the industry's supply chain's overall efficiency.
