Unifly Acquires EuroUSC-Benelux To Expand Drone Regulation And Tech Capabilities

Unifly, a global leader in UAS Traffic Management (UTM) solutions, has announced the acquisition of EuroUSC-Benelux, a consultancy focused on drone regulation, safety, and operational compliance across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France, led by Michael Maes.

The deal strengthens Unifly Consulting’s presence in the Benelux region and adds valuable regional expertise to its expanding European consulting operations.

Following its expansion into Switzerland through the acquisition of SORA Consulting, Unifly Consulting continues to grow its pan-European presence, built on strong local regulatory expertise.

This latest move strengthens its ability to support customers and authorities across Europe with consistent, locally grounded knowledge. Michael Maes adds deep regional experience in regulatory compliance and technical services, including assisting UAS operators with operational authorisations, Specific Operations Risk Assessments (SORA) and specialised training.
