Founded and led by CEO Mark Feldner, Crimson builds a legal case intelligence platform designed to process and analyze vast volumes of complex dispute data. It integrates with systems such as iManage and NetDocuments to map case chronologies, track procedural deadlines, extract key factual points, and generate draft briefs with verifiable citations for cross-border litigation.

The startup reports more than 30% month-over-month revenue growth in 2026, with adoption from Am Law 10 and Magic Circle firms managing disputes worth over $40 billion. It has also joined A&O Shearman’s Fuse innovation incubator program.
