European Startups raised capital in order to expand and move into more successful. Here is this week's Top European Startups Funding Roundup-October 13 –October 17 2025.

Tubulis

German biotech Tubulis has raised €308 million in a record-breaking Series C, the largest ever for a European biotech and private antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developer globally.

Ecorobotix

Yverdon-les-Bains-based Ecorobotix, a pioneer in AI-driven Ultra-High Precision (UHP) spraying, has raised €90 million in a Series D round to advance sustainable agriculture by boosting crop health and efficiency. Combined with its 2024 Series C (€38 million), the company has secured a total of €128 million in funding.

Adcytherix

Marseille-based biopharma company Adcytherix, which develops innovative proprietary antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), has secured €105 million in a Series A funding round to advance its lead candidate targeting diseases with high unmet needs.

Wild Bioscience

Wild Bioscience an Oxford University AgTech spinout using AI and precision breeding to develop enhanced crop varieties, has raised €51 million Series A to scale R&D and commercial operations, turning early field successes into market-ready seeds.

Dreamdata

Copenhagen-based Dreamdata, a B2B marketing platform built for the AI era, has raised $55M (€47.3M) in a Series B round.

HyImpulse

HyImpulse Technologies a Neuenstadt am Kocher-based developer of hybrid propulsion systems for satellite transport, has raised €15 million in Series A equity and secured an additional €30 million in one of 2025’s largest SpaceTech financings.

Enspired

Vienna-based enspired, a battery energy storage system (BESS) optimiser, has raised over €40 million in Series B funding.

Arbio

Arbio, a Berlin-based startup using AI to transform the service-heavy property rental sector, has raised €31 million in a Series A round, taking total funding to over €38 million.

ClaimSorted

ClaimSorted, a UK-based startup turning insurance claims from a “chronic pain point into a competitive advantage,” has raised €11.4 million in a Seed round, marking one of the largest InsurTech Seed financings to date.

EVerZom

EverZom, a biotech startup from Strasbourg is developing exosome-based therapies to support tissue repair and regeneration. The company recently secures €10M funding to advance its R&D aiming to bring innovative treatments to patients and establish itself as a leader in the regenerative medicine field.
