Stockholm-based Alight, a solar developer and power producer, has secured €46M in funding from ABN AMRO and SEB. This money will help finance the construction and operation of over 300 MWp of solar parks in Finland.

Blackwall (formerly Botguard), an AI-powered security and web infrastructure company, has raised €45M in Series B funding round led by Dawn Capital.

KelTech IoE

Dance an electric mobility subscription company, has raised €12 million in equity and debt funding, bringing its total funding to over €79 million. Founded in 2020 by SoundCloud's Eric Quidenus-Wahlforss and Alexander Ljung, along with Jimdo's Christian Springub, it offers electric bikes and mopeds on a subscription basis in Paris, Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich. Their goal is to provide a simple, sustainable transport option for cities.

Mimo

Mimo, a platform that helps small businesses and accountants manage finances, has raised $8.5 million in funding, led by Project A, with previous investors Northzone and Seedcamp also contributing.

Reshape Energy GmbH

Reshape Energy GmbH, a Munich-based company providing building energy services, has raised €5 million to grow its business. The funds will help the company make more acquisitions in the building energy services industry in Germany, improve its technology platform, and expand its services to meet market demand.
