Carmoola, a UK-based fintech transforming car finance, has secured a £300 million private asset-backed securities (ABS) facility through a partnership with NatWest and Chenavari Investment Managers. This brings the company’s total funding to over £540 million.

Bavaria-based Isar Aerospace, a company offering satellite launch services, has secured a €150M convertible bond agreement with Eldridge Industries, following regulatory approval.

PhysicsX

London-based PhysicsX, a company using AI to drive industrial innovation, has raised €117.3 million in its Series B round.

Finom

Amsterdam-based Finom, a digital financial services platform for entrepreneurs and SMEs across Europe, has raised €115 million in a Series C funding round to boost its expansion across the continent.

VC firm KAYA has raised nearly €70 million for its fifth fund, aiming to continue backing promising founders from the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.

French startup Zama, known for its open-source cryptography work, has raised €49 million in a Series B funding round.

Paris-based digital insurer Orus has raised €25 million in a Series B round to support its international expansion and launch a new broker platform aimed at modernising how insurance is distributed to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

Germany-based Enter, a platform focused on energy-efficient renovations and smart building intelligence, has raised €20 million in Series B funding, bringing its total funding to €40 million since its launch in 2020.
