Mews

A hospitality management software provider, Mews, has raised $300 million in a Series D funding round led by EQT Growth, with new investors Atomico and HarbourVest Partners, and participation from existing investors Kinnevik, Battery Ventures, and Tiger Global. The round values the company at $2.5 billion.

Pennylane

Pennylane, a Paris-based unicorn developing a financial operating system for European SMEs, has raised €175 million in funding to accelerate AI-driven product development and prepare for potential market consolidation.

Preply

Ukrainian-founded language learning marketplace Preply has raised $150 million in Series D funding led by WestCap with participation from Índico Capital Partners.

Stream

London-based Stream, a workplace finance provider formerly known as Wagestream, has raised €76 million ($90 million) in Series D funding to advance its mission of delivering financial tools to everyday workers through employer partnerships.

SWISSto12

Lausanne-based aerospace company SWISSto12, a manufacturer of satellite systems and radio frequency (RF) products, announced it has secured €73 million ($84.8 million) in funding from European Space Agency (ESA) member states via the HummingSat ARTES partnership project.

Orbem

Munich-based Orbem, a deeptech company using artificial intelligence to analyze food and biological systems via magnetic resonance imaging, has raised €55.5 million in a Series B round.

Exciva

Heidelberg-based biopharmaceutical company Exciva, focused on developing novel therapies for neuropsychiatric conditions, has closed a €51 million ($59 million) Series B funding round.

Fracttal

Madrid-based Fracttal, an AI-powered maintenance solutions provider, has raised €29.8 million ($35 million) in funding to accelerate its expansion across Europe and Latin America, including key markets such as Mexico, Brazil, Spain, and France.

Optalysys

Leeds-based photonic computing company Optalysys has raised €26.4 million (£23 million) in a Series A extension round to accelerate commercialization of its proprietary photonic chips and support expansion into the US.

Stoïk

Paris-based Stoïk has raised €20 million in a Series C funding round co-led by new investor Impala and existing investor Opera Tech Ventures.
