Tekst.com funding news – Ghent-based Tekst.com raises €700k in Funding

Tekst.com has created a promising AI platform that allows large enterprises to automate text-based activities, such as processing massive amounts of emails. It raises €700k in investment from Entourage to further the development and commercialization of its technology throughout Europe.
Text had to be manually transformed into useful information before the development of sophisticated AI. Think about parsing certain email data to feed into an ERP, CRM, or accountancy programme.

While AI has considerable potential, ChatGPT and other generic LLMs (Large Language Models) just translate text to another text. It remained unable to accurately analyse unstructured language and then turn it into data that might be used as an input into a database.

The AI model developed by Tekst.com is successful in mapping all the knowledge required for accurate message analysis and routing, particularly inside the organisation. It easily extracts the data from current data platforms, like Salesforce and SAP. Moreover, staff do not need to use yet another new product because Tekst.com does its work in the background.
