Talentware was founded in 2023 with the goal of enabling businesses to successfully engage, develop, and retain elite talent through the provision of skill-based talent management solutions.
Technology disruptions will cause more than 45% of employees' key skills to change over the next five years, therefore in order for businesses to stay competitive, they must put in place efficient upskilling and reskilling procedures.
In light of this and the growing challenge of drawing in and keeping younger workers, Talentware facilitates the essential transition from a role-based to a skill-based organizational structure.
With its modular SaaS platform, Talentware offers businesses a full solution that includes planning and mobility tools, AI-powered skill mapping, development based on specific skill gaps, and growth reviews to gather feedback and track advancement.
Andrea Raimondo co-founder said, “Today companies are overwhelmed by information but blind to their greatest asset, their people. At Talentware, we want to provide companies with the right tool to support their strategic talent management processes,”.
Giacomo Marchiori co-founder said, “As former employees, we know the value of having personalized development and career opportunities. With Talentware employees have a co-pilot in their career journey, to facilitate growth within the company instead of looking for alternative jobs,”.
Lucrezia Lucotti, Partner at 360 Capital said, “We’ve noticed how medium and large companies both in Italy and abroad are deeply reconsidering how to internally manage and map talent in a rapidly changing work environment which is shifting towards new models of talent retention: this is where Talentware comes in. We are happy to support them on this journey!”.
The main purpose of the fundraising round's earnings is to bolster Talentware's team by adding key sales and technology staff in order to support the company's expansion and help it meet its lofty objectives.
