Synpulse Appoints Patrick Becher As Chief Operating Officer

The appointment marks a key step in strengthening global operations and accelerating the firm’s transformation into an AI-native consulting and technology leader.

As Synpulse expands regionally and grows its Synpulse8 and innovation-led delivery capabilities, the need for a unified and scalable operating model has become more important.

Patrick, who previously spent nearly 15 years at Synpulse, returns at a pivotal time, bringing both external leadership experience and a deep understanding of the company’s values, culture, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Patrick has built his career at the intersection of consulting, operations, technology delivery, and organisational development. This experience enables him to design scalable structures, simplify complexity created by rapid growth, and integrate AI as a seamless part of everyday work.
