Clinical trials have shown that with Stroll's technology, clinicians can provide up to 7 times more treatments while using 67% less staff time. It has also helped improve mobility in patients who have difficulty walking, balancing, or are at risk of falling.
It’s technology helps patients by turning physiotherapy exercises into games. There are currently seven games, with more being developed, all designed with input from clinicians to ensure they help with rehabilitation.
It allows clinicians to give personalized, high-dose therapy that stays in the real world, improving patient outcomes while reducing the need for extra staff and paperwork.
It will use the investment to boost sales and marketing, expand its product, and get approval to treat more neurological disorders beyond the ones it currently addresses.
IW Capital’s Investment Director, Isobel Egemole, says, “IW Capital are thrilled to announce our investment into Strolll. Strolll are transforming the physiotherapy and neurorehabilitation markets and have already helped a significant number of people with debilitating neurological disorders to live better lives. The potential impact of their software is huge and we’re proud to be backing this cutting-edge business as it addresses key healthcare needs.”
