The acquisition unites Netigate’s proven experience management platform, trusted by top organisations such as Spotify, Lufthansa, and DB Schenker, with Mopinion’s real-time digital feedback solution, used by companies including Air France-KLM, Vodafone, and Allianz.

Founded by Udesh Jadnanansing and Kees Wolters, Mopinion is a European feedback software provider for web, mobile apps and email campaigns. Its platform enables organisations to extract actionable insights to enhance the digital experience.
