Xoople’s full system was built with input from users in different industries and countries. It’s designed to deliver a steady flow of data that powerful AI tools can process at scale, combining geospatial analysis and business intelligence for deeper insights into the world.
Richard Cooke, Esri Corporate Director and Global Head of Sales and Marketing, said: “We have been so impressed by the vision, talent and momentum of Xoople. Their team has unmatched industry expertise, and their purpose-built Earth Intelligence service is solving unmet business needs, delivering AI-ready data and authoritative insights rooted in scientific rigor. This is a combination that simply does not exist today. It takes us beyond a world of images and into a world of insights, providing a dependable ground truth that drives better decisions — from conservation and climate resilience to agriculture and sustainable development. We are excited about Xoople’s potential and proud to support Fabrizio and the team.”
Xoople plans to launch its own satellite network to enhance its Earth Data services. This will provide AI-ready global datasets to help solve real-world problems at scale. The goal is to give decision-makers better access to crucial information about changes happening on the planet.
The company sees wide-ranging uses for its data—from agriculture and logistics to finance—helping businesses boost efficiency, track sustainability, reduce risks, and drive innovation.
Teresa Riesgo, CDTI President and Secretary General for Innovation in the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, said: “Our investment in Xoople reflects Spain’s commitment to innovation and technological sovereignty. What sets Xoople apart — even within our strong national portfolio of DeepTech companies — is its potential to power enterprise AI systems in Spain and beyond.
“By helping us better understand and respond to what’s happening on the surface of the Earth, Xoople is strengthening Spain’s digital future, while also contributing to Europe’s broader goals for resilience. The moment is now, and it’s a privilege to support a homegrown company with such far-reaching potential.”
A key part of Xoople’s plan is its partnership with Microsoft, which is providing Azure cloud services to handle large-scale data processing. Xoople is also working with ESRI, the leading geospatial software company, as part of its growing network of partners.
Juan Carlos Cortes Pulido, Spanish Space Agency (AEE) Director, said: “Xoople is building a new era of Earth Observation, called EarthAI. Importantly, it’s one that empowers people to make smarter, more informed decisions. The company’s vision aligns with our mission to improve daily life by turning data into something actionable. Their commitment to using AI and Earth data to tackle some of the world’s more pressing challenges speaks volumes. It will help shape a better and more sustainable future for communities worldwide.”
