UK Startup Souk Raises $1.6 Mn to Build AI Platform for Business Partnerships

The funding round was led by Sure Valley Ventures. Antler, Fuel Ventures, and several angel investors from the B2B software industry also participated.

With Souk, we are building Coco to handle the heavy lifting, keeping partners active and turning dormant networks into predictable revenue engines, "said Leo Crowe, CEO and co-founder of Souk.

Souk was founded in July 2025. The company is building an AI Partner Manager to help businesses manage and bring back inactive partner relationships.

Souk focuses on companies that use partnerships to grow their business but still manage them using spreadsheets, emails, and other manual methods.

According to Souk, companies often spend more time finding new partners while many existing partners become inactive. This means businesses may be missing opportunities to get more value from their existing partner networks.

Souk’s platform is built around Coco, an autonomous AI agent that helps manage different parts of the partner relationship process.

Coco can help find partners, keep them engaged, track their performance, and manage payments. Souk aims to reduce the work needed to manage partner programmes while helping companies keep more partners active.
