SALESmanago, a customer engagement platform from Krakow with over 2,000 clients, has acquired Thulium—an AI-powered customer service solution focused on eCommerce, also based in Krakow.

The deal, made with Thulium’s main owner Spire Capital Partners, is SALESmanago’s second acquisition in a year, after buying Leadoo. The company runs an innovation hub in Poland and operates in the UK, Nordics, Spain, Italy, and the DACH region.

SALESmanago has over €30 million in annual recurring revenue, with around 60% of it coming from outside Poland. The platform serves customers in over 30 European countries and integrates with major platforms like Shopify, PrestaShop, Zapier, BigCommerce, Magento, and WooCommerce.
After acquiring Leadoo, SALESmanago added advanced personalisation and conversational marketing tools to help B2C brands better engage and convert customers.
