Robin Capital Funding News – Robin Capital closes €15 Mn Robin Fund One To Back B2B SaaS startups

Robin Capital, a German venture fund founded by Robin Haak, has closed its first fund, Robin Fund One, raising €15 million.
The fund includes €13 million in commitments and a €2 million growth-focused investment vehicle. It targets Pre-Seed and Seed-stage B2B SaaS startups, especially in mid-market and Enterprise Go-to-Market sectors, with a focus on the DACH region.
Launched in December 2022, Robin Capital builds on Haak’s 15 years of experience as a founder and investor.

Robin Fund One had its first close in June 2023 and finalized in December 2024. It invests across various industries, including HR, AI, Fintech, Climate, DevOps, Robotics, and Industrial Tech.
So far, the fund has deployed 55% of its capital, supporting 28 startups like Kombo, Phacets, and Xaver.
The fund is backed by 70 Limited Partners, 95% of whom are experienced professionals, including General Partners from top Private Equity and Venture Capital firms, fund-of-funds, and notable founders and operators.
