ReBloom, a FinTech startup based in Copenhagen, has raised €400k in a pre-seed round to support its growth. The company, which launched just three months ago, aims to make it easier for people to invest in private companies like SpaceX, Revolut, and Bolt through its AI-powered platform.
SUMMARY
- ReBloom, a FinTech startup based in Copenhagen, has raised €400k in a pre-seed round to support its growth.
- ReBloom AI-powered platform and focus on removing obstacles in private trading put it in a strong position to take advantage of the growing demand for secondary markets.
Camilla Molina Nysum, CEO of ReBloom said, “We’re incredibly grateful for the warm welcome we’ve received in the market. It confirms that the timing for our platform is just right. Raising this pre-seed round enables us to accelerate our growth even further,”.
ReBloom says they are solving a long-standing problem in investing—private secondary markets have usually been exclusive, only accessible to certain networks, and come with high fees.

Nysum, a seasoned investor herself, recognised these barriers firsthand: “Public stock markets have become widely accessible over the past decades and we have seen a massive democratisation and tech adoption in the public market. But the private market for unlisted shares remains the Wild West—completely inaccessible unless you know the right people and are willing to pay high transaction fees. Our mission is to standardise and make this market investable for both private and institutional investors,” she added.
ReBloom's funding comes at a time when many startups are finding it hard to secure investment.
What's more, only 2% of venture capital goes to female-founded startups, making ReBloom’s success even more significant. They’ll use the new funds to improve their platform and expand their reach.
With more companies delaying their IPOs, there’s a growing need for better ways to trade private shares. Market data shows the secondary market will triple in the next seven years as companies stay private longer. ReBloom wants to offer much-needed liquidity to investors who have had few options to access this market.
Nysum added.“As former investors, we’ve personally struggled with how difficult it is to access this market, as well as how fragmented and manual the processes are. We wanted to change that. We saw a gap in the market and used our technological expertise to build something we truly believe will transform the entire industry,”.
About ReBloom
ReBloom AI-powered platform and focus on removing obstacles in private trading put it in a strong position to take advantage of the growing demand for secondary markets.
The idea for ReBloom came from the founding team’s own experiences with the complex private investment market. They saw firsthand how important it is to create liquidity in this space, and how hard and inefficient the process can be.
