SUMMARY
- Primo raised $8 million in a new funding round.
- The round was led by Headline and Global Founders Capital.
- The company was founded in 2022 by Martin Pannier.
The company is also backed by Arthur Waller, co-founder and CEO of Pennylane, and Romain Niccoli, co-founder and CEO of Pigment.
Primo brings device management, SaaS applications, employee identity and IT support together on one platform. It aims to help corporate IT teams replace multiple separate tools with a single system for managing their technology and support needs.
"IT has always been seen as a cost center that companies simply endure. We are building the opposite: a platform where IT becomes a lever, and where AI agents handle the repetitive work while teams focus on what matters. This funding round allows us to take the next step: enabling our customers to deploy AI agents that execute these processes end to end, with all the traceability and control they require, "said Martin Pannier, co-founder and CEO of Primo.

Founded in 2022 by Martin Pannier, Primo has built a single platform that brings together a company’s devices, software access, employees and IT support.
The company has also added AI agents that can handle complex and repetitive IT tasks from start to finish. These include onboarding new employees, removing access when employees leave and managing user permissions along the way.
Primo will use the new funding to hire more employees, improve its AI technology and expand into international markets. The company plans to double its team size over the coming months.
Primo also plans to grow further in markets where it already operates, including the UK, Germany, Benelux and the Nordic countries. More than half of its customers are currently based outside its home market.
