SUMMARY

  • Pluvo an AI native financial analysis platform built for CFOs and FP&A teams has secured $5 million in seed financing to accelerate development of its agentic analysis engine and expand go‑to‑market operations.

The round includes participation from Andreessen Horowitz’s a16z speedrun, Deel, The Perseverance Fund, StandUp Ventures, and AltaIR Capital, along with strategic angel investors including existing Pluvo clients.

Despite heavy investments in finance data infrastructure, many teams still struggle to translate accurate systems data (ERPs, CRMs, HRISs) into business insight. Pluvo addresses this by deploying specialized AI agents that analyze financial models, evaluate forecast assumptions, and assess scenarios in real time delivering structured, model‑grounded insights in minutes.

Finance leaders get explainable, computation‑backed analysis they can interrogate and simulate live. Over time, the platform captures institutional reasoning, making future analyses faster, more relevant, and aligned with business context.

“CFOs don’t need another dashboard,” said Alex Labrèche, CEO and co-founder of Pluvo. “They need a system that actually helps them move from data to decisions faster. That’s what we’re building.”

Pluvo’s growth has been shaped by participation in leading programs including the Alchemist Accelerator and selection to a16z speedrun from over 19,000 applicants. The company now serves strategic growth stage and mid‑market firms with several CFO customers investing in the round.

Pluvo’s architecture emphasizes model‑grounded reasoning, auditability and enterprise‑grade data integrity, designed to augment finance teams, not replace them.

With the new funding, Pluvo plans to expand its agentic analysis engine, scale its product and engineering teams, deepen integrations across ERP, CRM, HRIS and billing systems, and accelerate go-to-market efforts aimed at finance leaders. These initiatives will strengthen the platform’s capabilities and broaden its impact across finance teams.

"Every CFO we talk to has the data,” offers Seb Fallenbuchl, COO of Pluvo. “What they don't have is the time to make sense of it before the moment passes. Pluvo closes that gap. If your finance tools can't help you explore multiple options and make informed decisions in the moment, they’re just outdated calculators and spreadsheets cosplaying finance tools."

Founded in 2024, Pluvo empowers companies to make faster, smarter decisions by unifying strategy, operations and financials in a single platform. Delivering decision-grade intelligence, Pluvo equips finance and strategy teams with real-time insights, model-grounded analysis and actionable recommendations to optimize planning, forecasting, and performance.
