AI agents often use the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect with a company’s internal data. However, AI tools usually manage permissions separately, making it harder for IT and security teams to control and monitor how agents access company systems.
Palma.ai provides one platform to manage AI agents and users across an organisation. It allows administrators to set policies and approved workflows for tasks such as updating CRMs or preparing financial reports.
These rules work across AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and custom workflows. Palma.ai applies the rules in real time, limits agents to approved actions and keeps a secure record of their activity for auditing and compliance.
Patrick Eden, CEO and co-founder of Palma.ai, said, "Every company is about to give AI agents the keys to its systems. The question is whether anyone is watching the door. We built Palma.ai so that enterprises can hand agents real permissions and still know exactly who did what, with which tool, under which policy across all the platforms an enterprise runs.
